After rigorous testing, this combination proved to deliver the perfect balance of flexibility, durability, waterproofing, breathability, stain resistance, and low-maintenance care. The Woodfield Coat is machine-washable at 40°C, making it as practical as it is timeless.

THE STORY

Woodfield was founded in 2002 by designer AnnMari Folkeson with a single goal: to create the perfect riding coat, one that performs flawlessly in the saddle yet feels equally at home beyond the equestrian world.

Many riders are willing to face any weather, however, finding a coat that can endure snow, rain, and wind while keeping both horse and rider warm, dry, and unrestricted proved a challenge.

Through a collaboration with the Swedish Mounted Police Force in Gothenburg, the design evolved and was refined through real-world testing, making them Woodfield's very first customers.

Today, the Woodfield coat stands as a unisex garment available with or without reflective detailing, combining function, comfort, and timeless Scandinavian design.
